SAN RAFAEL, CA –– Jambar, an organic, artisan-made energy bar company, is expanding its retail footprint. Jambars are now available in select Whole Foods Market stores in Northern California, Southern California and Hawaii.
“Jambar is excited to be part of the Whole Foods Market family,” said Jennifer Maxwell, founder and CEO of Jambar. “These organic energy bars not only meet Whole Foods Market’s high-quality standards, but they’re also delicious. Our company’s dedication to organic food and farming, along with its commitment to giving back, makes Jambar a natural addition to Whole Foods Market shelves.”
Jambars are made with a variety of organic ingredients, including gluten-free ancient grains, fruit, nuts, fair-trade chocolate, and proteins from sunflowers and organic dairy. The bars are sweetened with pure syrup, juices and honey.
The energy bars contain 10 grams of protein and come in four varieties: Malt Nut Melody, Musical Mango, Chocolate Cha Cha and Jammin’ Jazzleberry. The Musical Mango and Jammin’ Jazzleberry flavors are 100% vegan.
In 2023, Jambar expanded into organic and specialty stores nationwide, with four retail locations in the San Francisco Airport.
