It’s a ‘Wonder’ of new baked goods

THOMASVILLE, GA — Wonder is innovating beyond the breads and buns category with a fresh collection of baked goods that blends modern preferences with nostalgic flavors. The Flowers Foods brand’s new lineup includes updated options of its bagels, English muffins, cakes, donuts and pastries, which will debut at retailers nationwide this spring.

“Breakfast and snacking are important eating occasions for today’s consumers, and Wonder is perfectly positioned to bring something special to both,” said Ashley Hornsby, senior director of brand management at Wonder.

The bagels and English muffins provide consumers with convenient, familiar pantry staples that help blur the lines between mealtimes. The bagels are available in Classic, Everything and Cinnamon Raisin flavors, while the English muffins come in Classic and Sourdough.

With the debut of Wonder Snack Cakes in 2025, the sweet treats have become a well-known option in the category, and now the brand is introducing more flavor-forward additions. The new desserts include Crème‑Filled Triple Chocolate Cakes, Crème‑Filled Peanut Butter Cupcakes, and Crème-Filled Banana Crème Cakes, each available in both 6-count multi-packs and 2-count single-serve.

Wonder also released two new varieties of its donuts, Strawberry and Brownie Crunch, in 10- and 9.5-ounce bags, respectively, in addition to three new pastry options: Cinnamon Rolls, Blueberry Cheese Danish and Cherry Cheese Danish.

“Consumers already trust Wonder for dependable staples — now they can reach for us throughout the day with new flavors, new formats and the same quality they’ve loved for generations,” Hornsby said.
