In Memoriam: Remembering Steve Feder, former Fleischmann’s Yeast VP

ST. LOUIS — Steven Michael Feder, 80, a well-known baking industry executive, passed away April 26.

Feder had a long and successful career with The Anheuser-Busch Companies. He finished his career at Fleischmann’s Yeast, a division of ACH Foods Companies, Inc., as VP of sales.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Benedict’s College in Atchison, KS, and served in the US Coast Guard Reserves.

Feder is survived by his wife Darlene; children Kelly (Bob Henkel), Dr. Patrick (Julie) Feder, Matt (Tammy) Feder, Dr. Kate Feder and Jen (Chris Valier) Feder; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation will be held May 5 at Schrader Funeral Home, Eureka, MO, from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be May 6 at Most Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Eureka, at 10 a.m., with internment at Calvary Cemetery in Florissant, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to:
