McGuinness’ leadership background includes his most recent role as food safety and quality assurance manager at Yoshida Foods International in addition to previous roles at GVB Biopharma and Portland Botting Co. He will work to continue Icon’s goal of strengthening its supply chain and expanding global suppliers by balancing global issues.

Squire comes to Icon with an extensive background in sales, communications and social media. She has worked on the sales side of the service industry, strategizing new marketing ideas for brand awareness. Her duties at Icon will be to design new print and digital resources that support food developers.
