ORLANDO, FL – HighKey, a low-sugar and low-carb snack brand, has launched new soft baked Birthday Cake Mini Bites, the brand’s take on a low-sugar mini muffin.
The mini muffins are made with almond flour and contain less than 1 gram of sugar, 2 grams of net carbs and 4 grams of protein per serving. Similar to HighKey’s other products such as cookies, crackers and brownies, the bites are gluten-free, keto-friendly and contain no artificial colors or flavors.

The product adheres to the brand’s mission to remove 10 million pounds of sugar from the American diet with its low-sugar products. The snacks are sweetened with the company’s proprietary blend of natural sweeteners including erythritol, monk fruit, stevia and allulose.
The mini muffins will be available in 6.65-oz. bags, and the product has a suggested retail price of $13.97. The soft baked sweets will be available for purchase through HighKey’s website and Amazon.com.
