NEW YORK — Bronco Bagels, a Dropout Companies subsidiary known for its commercially produced sandwiches built around its namesake, announced an exclusive launch at Target stores nationwide.

Rolling out with endcap placement in the frozen section, the launch includes Bronco’s two signature varieties: Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese, and Turkey Bacon, Egg and Cheese. Made with whole eggs and real cheese on a soft bagel — and crafted without seed oils — the breakfast sandwiches deliver a better-for-you meal in a convenient format.

“We believe bagel breakfast sandwiches are the go-to choice for next-gen consumers,” said Connor Blakley, founder of Dropout Companies. “Bringing Bronco to life with Target is a dream come true. We’re grateful for their partnership and shared commitment to delivering meaningful innovation to consumers nationwide.”

Bronco’s proprietary bagel recipe and process are specifically engineered for the freezer. Its custom formulation delivers the soft texture and mouthfeel of a freshly made, classic bagel breakfast sandwich.

With each sandwich offering between 15 and 21 grams of protein, the launch arrives at a pivotal time in the CPG space, as high-protein breakfasts and snacks remain sought-after grocery purchases.
