DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Co-manufacturer Hearthside Food Solutions (HFS) announced the appointment of Nick Hewitt as CFO.

Bringing 25 years of experience, Hewitt will lead all HFS financial operations and serve as a strategic thought partner to drive profitability and growth.

Prior to joining the leading co-manufacturer, Hewitt served as executive VP and CFO of Instant Brands. He also worked as director of finance, food for Marks and Spencer and as CFO for North America of Ardagh, a metal and glad packaging company.

He succeeds Dan Coats, who served as CFO in an interim capacity.
