TAUNTON, MA — Harpak-Ulma announced the opening of its new customer experience center (CXC) in Costa Mesa, CA. The technology center will expand the company’s national support coverage by replicating its flagship CXC in Taunton, MA.

Located only 10 minutes away from Orange County’s John Wayne Airport, the facility will serve as a hub for sales, services, support, training and regional parts distribution center.

The CXC will further solidify the packaging line solutions company’s West Coast presence, offering a customer-focused experience and services. The facility will host live demonstrations of Harpak-Ulma’s most popular packaging and automation solutions, including tray sealing, flowwrapping, thermoforming, robotics, vision inspection and stretch wrap equipment.

The center will also feature the company’s newest lines of smart, connected machines and demonstrations of advanced digital connectivity for packaging operations. Customers can experience the latest technologies and meet with Harpak-Ulma experts for packaging or solution design guidance, evaluation of different packaging styles, and packaging strategies. They can also engage with interactive services such as sample development, training and prototyping will be available.
