SCHAUMBURG, IL — Gonnella Baking Co., a family-owned manufacturer of frozen dough products, announced its newest offering, Thaw & Serve Brioche Buns.
Annie Hollon is a journalist, copywriter and social media strategist from the Dallas, Texas area. SCHAUMBURG, IL — Gonnella Baking Co., a family-owned manufacturer of frozen dough products, announced its newest offering, Thaw & Serve Brioche Buns.
The buns, designed to serve the needs of foodservice operations, feature a soft texture, sweet and buttery flavor, and golden color. They are kosher, vegan and made in a sesame-free production space.
“We are happy to offer foodservice and restaurant operators with versatile brioche buns that can be used for any day-part and for a wide variety of menu creations spanning sweet, saucy, savory and spicy,” said Molly Marcucci, who works in baked frozen sales for Gonella.
The pre-sliced buns are available in Slider Buns in a case count of 192 and in 4-inch Split Top Brioche Sandwich Buns at a case count of 120 in pillow packing.
