NEW YORK CITY — Genio Della Pizza, a frozen pizza line created by Chef Anthony Mangieri of Una Pizza Napoletana, is now available at retailers nationwide.
Mangieri was determined to bring handmade, high-quality pizza to consumers nationwide. The pizza is woodfire-baked and made with natural Italian ingredients such as Italian plum tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil, sea salt, flour and oregano.
Earlier this year, Genio Della Pizza launched four flavors of the frozen pizzas in the New York City area:
The pizza dough is hand-stretched by a team trained to work with the nature of Mangieri’s dough, which pushes the hydration level, giving the pizza a lighter and more unique dough structure.
The frozen pizzas are now available across the nation through sales avenues including Whole Foods Market, Bristol Farms, Fresh Direct, Go Puff, Goldbelly, Nugget, Lassens, Feed, DeCicco & Sons and more.
