“When I founded Caulipower in 2016, I searched for a co-manufacturer to bring my idea of a frozen cauliflower crust pizza to life,” said Gail Becker, founder of Caulipower. “Most turned me down, but one said yes — and that was Urban Farmer. How fitting that years after Caulipower disrupted the $6 billion frozen pizza category, our two companies are joining forces again in such a meaningful way. A huge debt of gratitude goes to the millions of consumers and retail partners who supported the brand and cheered us on.”

Through this deal, the companies will combine Urban Farmer’s fully integrated manufacturing capabilities with Caulipower’s nationwide distribution, innovation background and consumer base.

Together, we’ll expand our ability to bring nutritious, craveable foods to more tables across the country.”

The cauliflower-crust pizza brand will continue business under its current name, backed by the manufacturing abilities at Urban Farmer to spur growth and innovation. The union of these businesses creates a scaled platform with broad reach in private label, branded and co-manufactured frozen baked goods.

With this transition, Jaromin will retain his role as Urban Farmer’s CEO, and Becker will join the company’s board, furthering the innovation, vision and brand for Caulipower.
