EVERETT, WA — Formost Fuji announced the addition of Todd Gatti as VP of sales and promotion of Matthew Brown to mechanical engineering manager to further the packaging equipment manufacturer’s growth.

Gatti brings nearly three decades of sales leadership and strategic expertise to the role and will use this background to drive Formost’s sales initiatives.

“Todd’s extensive background in sales leadership and his strategic approach to account management will be instrumental as we continue to expand our market presence,” said Dennis Gunnell, president of Formost Fuji. “His proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and building strong relationships will help drive our growth objectives.”

As VP of sales, he’s tasked with building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, managing and developing a sales team, and ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

“I am excited to lead our talented sales team and work collaboratively to identify new opportunities, foster strong client relationships and exceed our revenue goals,” Gatti said.

Brown, who first joined the equipment manufacturer as a mechanical engineer in 2017, has been promoted from his role as team lead to mechanical engineering manager. He will now oversee key engineering initiatives and contribute to Formost’s growth.

“I’m excited to step into the role of mechanical engineering manager at Formost Fuji,” Brown said. “This opportunity marks an important milestone in my career and reflects my commitment to continuous growth, technical excellence and delivering reliable, innovative solutions. I look forward to working with our talented team to build on Formost Fuji’s legacy and help shape the future of packaging technology.”
