WOODINVILLE, WA — Global packaging manufacturer Formost Fuji announced promotions within the company’s service department. Derek Dietrich has been promoted to service manager and David Korsmo has stepped into an assistant service manager role.

Dietrich began his Formost Fuji career in 1996 as an assembly mechanic. After transferring to electrical assembly in 1997, he held that position until 2005 when he was promoted to assistant service manager. Dietrich’s customer service skills and deep knowledge of Formost Fuji equipment led him to the service manager position.

Korsmo joined the company in 2003 as an assembly mechanic and quickly moved into electrical assembly. In 2006 he was promoted to the controls department where he has been working as an electrical engineer. Korsmo’s strong customer service and equipment knowledge will be a great benefit to the service department as assistant service manager.

Bob McHenry, who has been service manager since 2000, has accepted a new position as service resource specialist, where his expertise will expand support and training for Formost Fuji customers and service personnel.
