THOMASVILLE, GA — Flowers Foods named Meredith Wiktorowski as senior VP and chief customer officer.

In this role, Wiktorowski will oversee the baking company’s sales strategy and increase its revenue, market share, profitability and reputation with retail customers nationwide. She will report to Terry Thomas, Flowers Foods’ chief growth officer.

“Meredith brings extensive experience catering to retail grocers of all sizes, robust strategic sales acumen and strong leadership skills,” Thomas said. “These attributes make her a vital asset as we work to maintain a steadfast focus on the customer for sustainable, profitable business growth.”

Wiktorowski previously spent 26 years at PepsiCo, most recently serving as VP of retail sales for PepsiCo Beverages North America – North Division.
