The deal will bring Kellanova’s collection of snack brands — including Pringles, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, Rice Krispies Treats and RXBAR — into the Mars Snacking portfolio of brands, joining the likes of KIND Snacks.

Once completed, the combined Mars Snacking division is anticipated to generate $36 billion in annual revenues. This division will remain headquartered in Chicago, operating in more than 145 markets.
