SWEDESBORO, NJ — Dr. Schar USA, Inc. has announced new soy-free options for its Artisan Baker brand White, Multigrain and 10 Grains and Seeds breads, continuing its commitment to meeting consumers’ evolving dietary needs, including allergen-friendly baked goods.

Earlier this year, the baker’s newly expanded Swedesboro plant became Certified Free From Soy, and the company was recently able to remove soy from its traditional formulas while maintaining taste, texture and quality.
