SWEDESBORO, NJ — Dr. Schar, a baked goods producer for consumers with special nutritional needs, is celebrating the upcoming holiday season with two new gluten-free offerings, Speculoos Spiced Cookies and Italian Panettone.

The Gluten-Free Speculoos Spiced Cookies are made with a blend of spices, including cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Each serving contains 150 calories and 8 grams of sugar.

The Gluten-Free Panettone features an airy crumb filled with raisins and candied citrus peel. Each serving contains 220 calories and 11 grams of sugar.

Both festive products are available on the Schar website. Earlier this year, Dr. Schar introduced a gluten-free Marble Cake to its product portfolio.
