BOSTON — Fancypants Baking Co., the woman-owned crispy cookie company, is building on its brand momentum and national growth with the launch of Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies and a new line of Mini Snack Packs designed for grab-and-go retail.

“At Fancypants, we’re always thinking about how to create products that feel both joyful and elevated,” said Maura Duggan, founder and CEO of Fancypants. “Coconut Chocolate Chip has that balance of comfort and indulgence, while the minis give retailers a really versatile format for checkout, cafes, hospitality and on-the-go merchandising.”

Recently launched at Central Market, the new variety combines toasted coconut with rich dark chocolate in Fancypants’ signature format. The SKU was developed to offer retailers a more indulgent, trend-forward addition while still aligning with consumer demand for premium ingredients and distinct flavors.

The new Mini Snack Packs launched in three of the brand’s top-selling varieties: Chocolate Chip, Salted Caramel and Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip. The 1-ounce format was designed to meet growing interest in portable snacking and appease impulse purchases across corporate foodservice environments, hotels, specialty retailers, college campuses and more.
