KANSAS CITY, MO — Leading food and beverage industry solutions provider CRB has promoted Tom Rychlewski as its first VP of food & beverage operations. Based in Kansas City, MO, he joins five domestic and two international regional VPs guiding the company’s operations across North America and Europe.

“I am both honored and excited to dig in alongside my colleagues and continue driving food and beverage on its already impressive trajectory,” Rychlewski said. “We have a lot to accomplish, and we have all the right people in place to make it happen.”

In this role, Rychlewski will lead design, automation and construction operations across CRB’s food and beverage organization. He will report to Lance Nordbak, COO of regional operations for CRB, and partner with Jason Robertson, food & beverage VP, to drive the company’s expanding portfolio.

Prior to this promotion, Rychlewski served as market team leader and helped CRB’s food and beverage team grow to an organization of more than 100 professionals.

CRB’s president Ryan Schroeder noted that Rychlewski’s track record of client satisfaction and repeat business made his appointment an easy choice.

As someone who’s been a critical part of the CRB growth story, he’s the right person to lead our project teams whose work makes an impact every day for our clients.”

CRB also announced that Ben Rucker, director of process technology, has been named a new market team leader in St. Louis. In this new role Rucker will be responsible for food and beverage market teams’ resource development, leading team execution strategies and advancing the company’s ONEsolution offering. He will also provide clients with an understanding of process and design equipment, with expertise related to additional topics including technical sales management, project management, turnkey process design, and more.
