NEW YORK — CORE Foods, known for its variety of refrigerated nutrition bars, is releasing new “Fiber-Powered Oat Snacks,” a shelf-stable better-for-you alternative to crackers.

The oat snacks feature plant-based ingredients, whole grains and 5 grams of prebiotic fiber to promote gut health. The snacks are also gluten-free and will be available in vegan ranch, sea salt and olive oil, and peanut butter varieties.
