BIRMINGHAM, MI — Cooper Street Snacks, a woman-owned baking company known for its better-for-you products, launched Banana Bread Granola Bake. The new snack is inspired by the traditional flavors of homemade banana bread, combining the natural sweetness of real bananas with ancient grains.

The Banana Bread Granola Bake bars feature quinoa, chia seeds and flax and are rich in potassium and fiber to offer consumers numerous health benefits such as blood sugar management and enhanced digestion.

The granola bakes — made without artificial ingredients or preservatives — are low-sodium and nut-, soy- and dairy-free.

The bars will debut exclusively at QVC during the month, offering consumers an early opportunity to try the new flavor. Beginning March 1, the product will also be available for purchase on Cooper Street’s official website, with expanded availability to Amazon in April.

Earlier this month, Cooper Street Snacks launched its Cherry White Chip Twice-Baked Cookies into Costco stores throughout the Midwest.
