LAS VEGAS — Cookie and cracker producers attending the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE), set for Sept. 17-21 in Las Vegas, have an opportunity to up their production game during a Cookie Cracker Technical Workshop planned for IBIEducate’s day of learning on Sept. 17.
During the Cookie Cracker Technical Workshop, attendees will learn about oven technology from a panel composed of a baker, supplier and technical advisor, all with expertise in cookie and cracker production. The workshop will also include a trends report, a session on plant-based ingredient technology, and a special reception where bakers and suppliers can network together.
Additionally, the workshop’s luncheon will feature the popular incuBAKER ideation event to foster creative idea generation to help bakers and suppliers implement improvements in their facilities and operations.
This is a one-day symposium that will be an additional item attendees can add to their registration.
IBIEducate’s full day of programming will happen the day before the show floor opens to provide attendees ample time to take advantage of education sessions without sacrificing time with exhibitors.
