“We are so thrilled to have Annie join our growing Commercial Baking team,” said Joanie Spencer, director of content at Avant Food Media and editor-in-chief of Commercial Baking. “Her fresh perspective and storytelling skills are on par with the Avant Food Media approach.”

She is the second hire for Avant in 2022, following Olivia Huels who was brought on in January as Avant Food Media’s multimedia specialist.

“The level of talent on this team is beyond exceptional,” Spencer said. “We are thrilled with how these women contribute to our growth, and I cannot wait to see where we go from here.”
