KANSAS CITY, MO — To help commercial baking companies innovate without sacrificing operational efficiencies, Commercial Baking has teamed up with industry expert and consultant Dave Van Laar to launch a new 6-week podcast, Troubleshooting Innovation, sponsored by Reading Bakery Systems.

Each week, beginning May 10, Van Laar shares insight with Joanie Spencer, Commercial Baking editor-in-chief, into some of the most common pain points when it comes to product innovation.
