CINCINNATI — Klosterman Baking Co. is making big moves within its c-suite. Not only did the baking company welcome a new chief commercial officer, but it also named a new COO.

Now, these team expansion efforts continue as Chris Chapman steps into the newly created role of chief administrative officer at the fresh and frozen bread producer.

Chapman was announced as the company’s CFO in April 2024. In this new administrative role, however, Chapman will oversee human resources, IT and ERP, legal, financial audit, KPI development, contracts, workers’ compensation and other key support functions for seamless business operations.

“This important addition to our c-suite strengthens the structure of our organization and aligns us with many large, high-performing companies,” the company said via LinkedIn. “Chris brings deep expertise in structure, compliance and operational efficiency, making her the ideal leader to launch and shape this role.”

For more on the company’s c-suite, Klosterman Baking CEO Dale Easdon was featured on Season 16 of Commercial Baking’s award-winning Troubleshooting Innovation podcast. View the series details here.
