LOS ANGELES — Mere months after the release of its newest flavor, Birthday Cake Blondies, Elavi, a better-for-you indulgence brand, announced another addition to its product lineup.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Brownies are making their debut at 250 H-E-B stores across Texas. The new flavor boasts 10 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber, along with zero refined sugars. These brownies use whole dates as a natural sweetener and include creamy peanut butter and fair-trade chocolate sprinkles.

“Consumers are more focused than ever on pairing protein with fiber, especially those managing blood sugar or on GLP-1 medications who need convenient, high-fiber options,” said Michelle Razavi, founder and CEO of Elavi. “We created this flavor to deliver on taste first, while giving people a snack that supports their health goals without compromising joy. To satisfy demand for a peanut butter chocolate flavor variety, Elavi sped up its R&D process to bring the product to shoppers more quickly.
