ROYAL CITY, WA — Cascade Organic Flour, a family-owned producer of organic flour, wheat, beans, corn and other crops, has released a new 50-pound bag specifically designed for retail and wholesale distributors, commercial and wholesale bakeries, and schools and other institutional buyers.
The new size follows a 5-pound bag or organic all-purpose flour and organic whole wheat flour that was released in 2021 for retail and online sales. The 50-pound bags will be used for a variety of organic products including sprouted flour, bread flour, rye flour and corn flour.
The company has been milling organic flour in the Pacific Northwest since 2014 and works with several large commercial bakeries across the US. The volcanic soil used to grow Cascade’s crops are fed by mountain glaciers, resulting in high-quality premium grain.
All of its flours and grains are certified organic and non-GMO.
