CINCINNATI, OH — Campbell Snacks and the Cincinnati Bengals are bringing fans an interactive experience with the announcement of a multi-year partnership.
“We’re continuing to elevate the snacking experience for consumers and football fans alike with interactive and fun ads and displays that bring the energy at the stadium right to your local Kroger grocery store,” said Josh Wooley, VP of national accounts, Campbell Snacks.
The partnership includes interactive experiences at stores throughout the Cincinnati, Toledo and Columbus, OH metropolitan areas in addition to parts of Michigan and Kentucky; digital programming at Paycor Stadium and more.
“We are always excited when partners work with us to improve the fan experience,” said Ryan Holmes, director of corporate partnerships for the Cincinnati Bengals. “Our partnership with Campbell Snacks will improve game day for our fans, both at the stadium and in their homes. We are excited for our fans to experience Campbell Snacks’ products and activations this year and for years to come.”
Campbell Snacks, Kroger and other businesses in the area will host a pre-game fan zone outside the stadium for Bengals’ home games this season. The pre-game event will highlight fan favorite snack brands for gamedays and other activities.
Inside the stadium, digital ads will feature Campbell Snacks brands such as Kettle Brand potato chips and Snack Factory Pretzel Crisp Bites on LED screens and marquees.
“We are thrilled to join Who Dey Nation and be part of this team’s rich history,” said Stephen Chriss, VP, digital commerce and omni-shopper marketing. “This innovative partnership is another example of how we are finding new and exciting ways to reach out to our shoppers.”
In stores, the partnership continues with specially branded Bengals displays prompting shoppers to enter a sweepstakes for a chance to win a homegate prize package. Winners will receive Campbell’s snacks, Bengals’ merchandise and more.
This partnership is a continuation of Campbell Snacks partnerships with other sports teams, such as Charlotte FC.
