TORONTO — Leadership changes at Tielman Group, a global producer of baking solutions, are positioning the company for its next phase of growth.

In a letter penned by Björn Tielman, CEO of Tielman Group, two key promotions were announced. As of Sept. 1, Andre LeBlanc and Neha Charnalia will serve as global chief revenue officer and COO, respectively.

“We are excited to begin this next chapter together and look forward to strengthening our collaboration,” Tielman said.

LeBlanc joined the baking solutions company in 2020 and most recently served as president of Tielman North America. As global chief revenue officer, he will focus on developing strategic partnerships and accelerating the company’s growth across North America and Europe.

Charnalia, whose tenure at the company began March 2023 as CFO, will pivot her focus from finances to lead the Tielman North America business.

These appointments will support Tielman’s customer service, further innovation, and strengthen its partnerships with customers, suppliers and industry associations.
