MIAMI — Bunnie Cakes, an award-winning vegan bakery from South Florida, announced a permanent selection of some of its best-selling treats in six Whole Foods locations throughout Miami-Dade.

Starting this month, customers will be able to find the bakery’s vegan treats in an exclusive section of Whole Foods’ bakery section.

“Our new dedicated section at Whole Foods Markets in Miami-Dade County will offer consumers access to the vegan party destination that is Bunnie Cakes,” said Mariana Cortez, founder of Bunnie Cakes. “Our vision is to continue growing and eventually become a household name for plant-based sweets.”

The brands have been working together to design an area that can be designated to the top-quality selection of vegan allergen-free treats that are equally school friendly and fun. The “Vegan Party Destination” is a colorful one-stop-shop within local Whole Foods bakeries where consumers can purchase treats including Bunnie Cakes’ best-selling cupcakes and cakes — in mini and regular sizes — and one-size cake sundaes.

The lineup will consist of 11 items and will be available in vanilla and chocolate, with dulce no leche reserved exclusively for cake sundaes. All baked goods will be packaged in the brand’s signature and pink transparent boxes sealed with magenta ribbons.
