SOMERVILLE, MA — Brewer’s Foods has launched the newest addition to its product lineup, Upcycled Pretzel Flatbread Crackers, made from sprouted and roasted spent grain from craft breweries. They feature a crispy texture and a distinct pretzel flavor.

The pretzel flatbread crackers are a sustainable solution to minimizing excess spent grain in the craft brewing industry.

Brewer’s Foods will offers samples of  Upcycled Pretzel Flatbread Crackers at the SFA Fancy Food Show, to be held June 25-27 in New York City.
