Goehner brings nearly 20 years of experience in the food and agriculture sectors to the grain milling company. She’s held previous leadership roles across commercial, operations and risk management, in addition to supply chains in soybeans, oil seeds, and specialty seeds and oils. Most recently, Goehner led the global business development for novel feedstocks at British Petroleum.

“Bay State Milling is uniquely positioned to lead in the next chapter of oat-based innovation, with a focus on nutrition, traceability and regenerative sourcing,” Goehner said. “I’m excited to build on the strong foundation the team has established and to explore new ways to create value, from strengthening our identity-preserved supply chains to deepening customer partnerships.”

Goehner succeeds Kerry Keating and Walker Humphries, who will support her transition through the end of August.
