ANAHEIM, CA — Natural Products Expo West, set for March 12 – 16, has named the semifinalists for this year’s Pitch Slam competition.
The Pitch Slam lifts innovative, mission-driven brands and provides exposure and resources to parties that can help elevate these young companies.
Of the 15 brands selected to compete, five baked goods brands are featured:
- Fair & Square | A Los Angeles-based gut health-focused cracker brand
- Maspanadas | A Rockville, MD-based empanada brand
- Brune Kitchen | A Santa Monica, CA-based better-for-you cookie brand
- Alice’s Sweet Tooth | A West Hollywood, CA-based mini-cookies brand
- The Cracker King | A Portland-based gluten-free cracker brand
The Pitch Slam will be held on Tuesday, March 12 from 5 – 7 p.m. PT and will include a Q&A with the judges panel as well as interviews with previous winners of the competition. The winner of this year’s competition will receive a free booth at Natural Products Expo West 2025 in addition to more than $30,000 in services from New Hope Network.
