CHICAGO — The American Society of Baking (ASB) announced today that registration is now open for its premier event, BakingTECH 2022.

The in-person event, which will be held March 1-3 in Chicago, which will have a full slate of technical sessions, networking opportunities and the MarketPlace tabletop tradeshow.

Due to ongoing concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic, ASB has implemented a “Worry-Free Registration” guarantee. All BakingTECH 2022 attendees may cancel their registration at any time, for any reason, right up to the day before the meeting. ASB will provide a full refund of registration fees.

According to the association, BakingTECH 2022 will be a robust tradeshow offering vibrant programming, impactful networking, meaningful collaboration and opportunities to reflect and connect over important and emerging topics in the industry.

BakingTECH 2022 will give attendees exclusive access to:

  • Keynotes: Speakers include Alan Beaulieu, one of the country’s top economists, who will provide an economics update on the trends impacting the baking industry; Dr. Morgaine Gaye, food futurologist, will share her expertise on how people are changing the way they shop, eat and cook, and what it’s going to mean for the baking industry; and Didier Rosada, master baker, will provide insights on automation in the industry.
  • Educational content: Join sessions on topics that focus on automation, ingredients, traceability, packaging, probiotics and more.
