ASB opens registration for BakingTECH 2026

CHICAGO — The American Society of Baking (ASB) announced that registration is now open for its premier event, BakingTECH 2026.

The in-person gathering, which will be held Feb. 16-19 in Chicago, will feature a full slate of guest speakers, technical sessions and networking opportunities.

Early bird pricing is available through Nov. 14 and breaks down as follows:

Baker members: $750
Supplier members — exhibitor/sponsor personnel: $900
Supplier members — not exhibitors or sponsors: $1,100
Non-members: $1,615

Rates for lifetime and student members and spouses are $125, $160 and $300, respectively.

Early bird pricing is available through Nov. 14.

After Nov. 14, registration prices increase to:

Baker members: $900
Supplier members — exhibitor/sponsor personnel: $1,050
Supplier members — not exhibitors or sponsors: $1,250
Non-members: $1,765

For attendees planning to register on-site or after Jan. 9, rates will be:

Baker members: $1,050
Supplier members — exhibitor/sponsor personnel: $1,350
Supplier members — not exhibitors or sponsors: $1,400
Non-members: $1,915
