INDIANAPOLIS — The American Society of Baking (ASB) opened applications for its 2025 ASB Mentoring Program.
The tailored experience is designed for all levels and roles of professionals in the baking industry. The five-month virtual program pairs mentors and mentees based on their backgrounds, knowledge and goals to offer structured support, online training and opportunities to expand individual networks.
By bridging the gap between emerging and established baking industry professionals, ASB’s Mentoring Program creates space for individual learning and growth at any career stage and focuses on leadership development, corporate strategy and industry insight.
Both mentee and mentor applicants must be a professional member of ASB. Mentors must have at least three years of professional experience in the industry.
