INDIANAPOLIS — The American Society of Baking (ASB) further expanded its educational offerings with the debut of its Masterclass Program, designed specifically for commercial bakeries.
The training resource accommodates 10-20 employees and is designed for bakeries seeking to invest in their team’s professional development.
“The ASB Masterclass Program is a unique opportunity for commercial bakeries, combining comprehensive online technical training with hands-on, personalized coaching tailored to each facility,” said Sarah Day, director of education for ASB. “This program gives access to top-quality, specialized training that will empower entire bakery teams to elevate their skills, improve operations and drive innovation.”
Masterclass is broken down into two parts: online learning and on-site training.
