INDIANAPOLIS — The American Society of Baking (ASB) is seeking speakers for BakingTECH 2026, scheduled for Feb. 17-19 in Chicago.

The association is searching for forward-thinking speakers, researchers and industry experts to contribute insightful, engaging and interactive presentations that explore emerging trends, foster supplier collaboration and provide practical knowledge.

Speakers can submit proposals for a variety of presentation formats, ranging from panel discussions and general sessions to ideation labs and formal presentations.

The 2026 speaker topics include:
