Artisan Tropic launches regenerative flour crackers line

CHARLOTTE, NC — Artisan Tropic, a plantain and cassava chip manufacturer, added three new regenerative plantain flour crackers to its product lineup.

The crackers feature plantain flour sourced from a regenerative farm in the coffee region of Columbia and are available in three flavors: Sea Salt, Chile Lime and Tomato Herb.

Each cracker variety is also certified USDA Organic, gluten-free, paleo, and glyphosate residue-free. The new products from the family-owned and operated brand are also free of the top nine allergens and contain no seed oils.

The flour crackers won the 2024 NEXTY awards for best certified organic product. Artisan Tropic’s plantain flour crackers are available at Whole Foods Market, Fresh Thyme, Cub Grocery and online at Thrive Market.
