MISSISSAUGA, ON — Ardent Mills announced the release of its Egg Replace innovation in Canada.

Egg Replace supports bakeries, food manufacturers and food service establishments as the cost of eggs in Canada remains high. Made from three ingredients, the solution can be used as a 1:1 substitution for traditional dried whole eggs. The chickpea-based, gluten-free and plant-based ingredient contains no major food allergens, soy ingredients, color or flavor additives.
Egg Replace is available for purchase directly from Ardent Mills Canada and through major Canadian bakery and foodservice distributors.
