DENVER — Flour-milling and ingredient supplier Ardent Mills announced the addition of Tiago Darocha to its leadership team as COO.

As COO, he will oversee the company’s operating functions, including food safety, regulatory, supply chain, health and safety, and quality.

Darocha brings over twenty years of operation, supply chain and quality management experience in the food and beverage space to the role. He most recently served as COO at United Malt. Prior to that, Darocha worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev for 21 years in various roles.
