RICHMOND, VA — AMF Bakery Systems announced the promotion of Diana Boxey to VP of global marketing.

“Diana has been a catalyst in shaping our global brand through several acquisitions and entry into new markets as well as elevating how we show up for bakers around the world,” said Ken Newsome, executive chair and CEO of AMF. “This role is critical to our strategic growth path, and Diana’s leadership, creativity and business acumen will be essential as we continue expanding our capabilities and global reach.”

Boxey first joined the bakery automations company in 2012 and was instrumental to AMF’s growth from a single brand to nine brands with global reach.

As VP of global marketing, she will lead continued marketing transformation, brand strategy, digital innovation, demand generation, and commercial alignment for the company across its product lines and regions. To achieve this, Boxey will work alongside product management, sales, engineering and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with AMF’s long-term vision and roadmap.

This is the latest among a string of leadership shifts across the organization announced in July, which included Newsome’s return to AMF as CEO and Brandon Brilliant’s promotion to president of AMF Americas.
