During the conference, which will be held Feb. 27-29, 2024, at the Hilton Chicago, industry leaders will converge for innovative educational programming, networking events, more than 25 technical presentations and the MarketPlace trade show.
The grain-based food industry employs more than 330,000 people at over 10,000 commercial baking facilities and high-volume retail bakeries. ASB fosters a full range of opportunities in education and professional development for people within the industry and is a resource for baked goods manufacturers of all sizes.
