The rotating rack oven is equipped with an automatic rotation stop, allowing the rack to rotate to the unloading position once the door handle is lifted after each bake. The rotating rack oven also has slow-start functionality for gentle and gradual acceleration, reducing the risk of damaging fragile products such as meringue and macarons.

The V-Series comes in fossil oil-free electric rack oven, oil rack oven and gas rack oven versions. It has three basic sizes, with space for up to two racks in the oven chamber.
