Reading Bakery Systems (RBS) unveiled the Thomas L. Green Emithermic XE Oven as a replacement for traditional direct gas fired (DGF) ovens. The Emithermic XE Oven is designed to reduce energy and emissions, simplify cleaning and maintenance, and improve cracker baking performance. RBS created the oven zone to bake via electric radiant heat elements, high Thermatec Panels, convective heat and eliminating all ribbon burners.
