The solution can be added directly to flour for easy application in a variety of baked goods, eliminating chemical additives and extending the shelf life of baked goods.

The mold inhibitor is vegan, non-GMO and kosher and can be used in bagels, croissants, pastries, crusty bread, pizza and pretzels.
