MARKT EINERSHEIM, GERMANY – FRITSCH Bakery Technologies, a leading manufacturer in bakery equipment, has announced new names for its equipment and a new brand: PROGRESSA.

As of today, some machines will appear under new names. The goal is to cluster machine families by end product groups as well as performance spectrum in the semi-automatic area, creating a quicker and easier overview of the company’s portfolio. Three of these new machine families are VARIOCUT, VARIOFLEX and MULTIFLEX, all within the framework of dough processing. A more complete overview of new machine names can be found here.

Additionally, FRITSCH released a new brand titled PROGRESSA. A counterpart to the well-known IMPRESSA lines in the industrial sector, the new brand of lines combines dough sheet production and processing lines. It comes in three collections depending on the output volumes, PROGRESSA basic, plus or prime.
