CHICAGO — Mars, Inc. appointed Kemal Cetin as global chief digital and information officer for its Snacking business, effective August 3.
In this role, Cetin will lead the company’s digital, data and technology agenda to accelerate business growth, driving the next phase of its digital ambitions. This includes advancing capabilities that enhance customer and associate experiences and unlocking new opportunities for innovation across the business.

Cetin joins Mars from FrieslandCampina, where he served as global business and digital solutions officer and a member of the executive team. Prior to FrieslandCampina, he was with various global FMCG companies across the US, UK and Europe. A nearly 30-year industry veteran, Cetin has proven success in driving digital technology innovation, business agility and transformation in global companies. He will report to Clarke and serve on the Mars Snacking and Mars Digital Technologies leadership teams.
