SALINA, KS — Repco, a leading ingredient blend supplier, announced the addition of Amy Lotker to its bakery business leadership team.

Lotker brings more than 13 years of commercial leadership experience across bakery manufacturing, frozen foods, co-packing, private label and broader food production.

“Amy’s experience working across R&D, quality, operations and commercial teams means she understands how decisions made at each stage impact performance, cost and speed to market,” the company said via LinkedIn.

Her previous roles at companies such as White-Vogue Industries and Better For You Foods include chief sales officer and head of growth, where she learned how to build teams, drive revenue growth and bring products to the market.

“She brings a practical, end-to-end perspective that helps connect formulation, production and commercial goals,” Repco said.
