FERNDALE, WA — Creations Foods and Real Cookies announced the completion of a strategic merger to create a vertically integrated CPG platform committed to providing North American consumers with better-for-you snacking options.

The collaboration pairs Creations Foods’ scalable manufacturing and operation capabilities with Real Cookies’ award-winning cookie brands, including Real and Real Cookie Poppers. The baking company exclusively uses clean ingredients — such as almond and coconut flours and real fruit —and its line of cookies has earned multiple Good Housekeeping Awards, reflecting strong shelf appeal.

“This merger represents a highly strategic step forward for Creations Foods,” said Aki Georgacacos, chair and CEO of Creations Foods. “We’re excited to combine our vertically integrated platform with Real Cookies’ complementary brand and seasoned leadership, and we see meaningful synergies and a strong runway for continued growth.”

As part of the transaction, Greg Felton, CEO of Altus Power Inc., will join the board of directors of the combined entity, bringing financial expertise and a proven track record of scaling high-growth businesses. Lauren Berger and Marla Felton, co-founders of Real Cookies, will step into different roles. Berger will assume the role of VP of strategy and innovation, leading long-term growth initiatives, innovation pipelines, and brand development, whereas Felton will continue as an advisor, providing strategic guidance on brand innovation and long-term growth.
